Diane Dean is a lifelong tech enthusiast, learner and information connoisseur who consults, coaches, and trains nonprofit senior and emerging leaders. She has a solid national background in the academic and nonprofit sectors, bringing over thirty years of extensive leadership, management and organizational development skills and meeting and workshop planning.
Diane has designed, developed, and taught highly rated university-level, adult education courses in ethical issues, public policy, organizational leadership and financial resource development for nonprofits. All course content was designed and developed to adjust delivery based on the most recent research findings and contemporary events in the respective subject area. In addition, Diane uses a similar strategy to produce and manage well-received local to international meetings and workshops.
Diane obtained a Master’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington and was inducted into Pi Lambda Theta educational honorary society. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors from North Carolina A & T University. She has also acquired a certificate in management development from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and received course credits from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
