Marc Hall has served in numerous financial service areas throughout his entire career. Having worked for some of the largest banking institutions in the country, he brings over 25 years of experience to all aspects of the financial services industry to include banking, brokerage firms and mortgage companies. Marc offers a well-rounded knowledge and expertise to help clients achieve their maximum potential. He serves as a Sr. Financial Analyst for the U.S. Department of Transportation where he has the responsibility for upholding strong financial management and accountability practices, while providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial information and enhancing internal controls.
Marc earlier served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials, a non-profit organization dedicated to the education, training, professional development and advancement of women and minorities within the transportation industry. In this capacity he was responsible for the oversight and creation of budgets, programs, IT, grants, funding and personnel for both the national headquarters and forty chapters nationwide. He developed and managed a diversity program, which introduced minority students to careers in transportation resulting in the permanent placement of over fifty-five percent of the participants. Additionally, he was responsible for an outreach program that provided transportation professionals a platform to disseminate transportation research and initiatives at meetings and conferences nationwide.
Marc’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand his clients’ reach. One of his most recent projects involved standing up a business office that quickly proved to increase the participation and therefore the revenues for the federal government’s TRANServe (Transit Benefits) Program.
Marc holds a Bachelors degree from Hampton University and earned numerous awards and certificates from the financial services and management industries.
